Annual reports

The general secretariat has noticed that EVTA is rarely mentioned in the annual activity reports published by its members.   All members are involved in major projects in the context of EVTA that are undoubtedly worth highlighting.  As of the end of 2008, the general secretariat will be sending all members of the General Assembly a paragraph describing their activities in the context of EVTA over the previous year.  Members may wish to inform EVTA of the relevant contact in their communication department to whom this information should be sent.
